The characters are large and the detail to environments is pretty good.  I like the way the overall atmosphere was captured both on land and at sea I just wish that the storyline made a little more sense, or at the very least didn’t seem so truncated.  (The ending left me scratching my head.)  The music however is nicely done and the sound effects are captured well though they weren’t present enough to raise the excitement level.

Once the game has been finished a Naval Survival mode is unlocked in which you can command your ship and battle to defeat all of the enemy ships found in the game, including the final boss, in one fell swoop.   This tests your seafaring skills and since it’s the type of level I enjoyed the most during the game, it proved to be a winner with me.  You can also choose to go back and replay each level of the game separately by selecting the Choose Chapter mode.

Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man’s Chest takes two types of game play and mixes them well to deliver a sturdy performance.  The interactive environment on land and the sea battles are both something to like I just wish the storyline had made more sense to wrap it all up in one nice package.  It still is a good solid effort, continuing a successful run of movie-based mobile games, so I would hope that you give it a nod yourself.
