Hands-On Mobile today announced a deal with NBC Universal for the development of mobile flirting and chatting applications. This new product allows users the opportunity to flirt, chat and date each other via their mobile phone.

Called "Flirting by Blind Date," Hands-On Mobile's latest product gives viewers of NBC Universal's popular Blind Date program the opportunity to set up blind dates of their own with as easy as sending in a text message.

Users will join the "Flirting by Blind Date" program by sending in a text message where each user will receive a series of quick questions asking about their dating preferences - for example, where's their favorite place for a blind date? Participants will be paired up with other viewers whose preferences match their own, SMS chat with one another, and have fun flirting.

With "Flirting by Blind Date," Hands-On Mobile expands its current crop of mobile lifestyle applications, which include Billboard Mobile and Susan Miller's Astrology Zone.
