PlayPhone today announced that it has been nominated as a finalist in the Best D2C Company category for the Mobile Entertainment Awards 2008.

The ME Awards 2008 will take place on September 25, 2008 in London. Judged by a panel of over 400 industry executives, the awards recognize the best in mobile entertainment across three categories comprising Development & Publishing, Services, and Handsets & Operators.
